
Please contact your system administrator if you are
experiencing difficulties using the Facility Management Software program.
Below is a brief overview of the function of
web application tabs:
Facility Management Tabs:
Select
Add/Edit Facility to change department names, key
contacts, etc.
Add/Edit Directors to update director contact
information
Add/Edit Supervisors to update supervisor contact
information.
Audit Management Tab:
Select
Manage Audit to edit or e-mail audits performed within
a specified date range.
Audit Type to edit an existing audit type or add an
audit type.
Report Tab:
Select
Audit History or Audit Detail/Summary for a
detail report from audits performed within a specified date range.
Summary, Director, Supervisor, Standard, or Auditor
for a drill down report of deficiencies recorded within a specified date range.
Departments or Deficiencies for a chart
identifying the top departments or deficiencies recorded for within a specified
date range.
Syncing the handheld:

Make sure your computer is turned on

Make sure you have Microsoft ActiveSync on your computer

Allow the ActiveSync to run before initializing RepliSync
RepliSync is located in the programs folder. Click on RepliSync
and then click on start.
Once completed a ?synchronized? message will appear. If this
does not appear contact your systems administrator.
